Present agricultural records report this farm to have 11 acres tillable comprised mostly of productive Fincastle silt loam soil. The lay of land is mostly level, and in an area of grain farms.

Auction Terms/Conditions/Inspection: The successful Purchaser will pay 10% of the total purchase price as deposit day of auction- with the balance of monies due on delivery of deed on or about May 13, 2019, at which time full possession will be given. The successful Purchaser will be granted spring tillage and planting privileges previous to closing but at their own peril. All real estate taxes due will be prorated as to the day of closing. These lands are taxed under CAUV agricultural use, and any change in land use resulting in a recoupment is not to be the responsibility of the Seller.
